This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your data when you visit ownurbloom.com (the “Website”) or use our related tools, dashboards, and fulfillment services (collectively, the “Services”).
As a zero-cost brand incubation platform for U.S. entrepreneurs, we believe in transparency, fairness, and control over your data. We only collect the information necessary to power your business and deliver our Services — and we never sell your personal data.

We will never use your personal data for purposes other than those disclosed here without obtaining your explicit consent.
3. Information Sharing & Disclosure
We respect your privacy — we do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties.
We only share data when necessary for legitimate operational reasons:
A. Service Providers. We share limited data with third parties that help us operate the Platform, including fulfillment partners for manufacturing, packaging, and shipping; payment processors for settlement and remittance; and analytics and security providers for performance tracking and fraud prevention. All such partners are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for authorized purposes.
B. Legal & Regulatory Disclosures. We may disclose your data to comply with law enforcement requests, subpoenas, or court orders; regulatory requirements (e.g., FTC, IRS, state authorities); and legal obligations under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
C. Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified in advance of any material ownership change.
D. Aggregated & De-Identified Data. We may share aggregated analytics or statistical data that cannot be used to identify any individual.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal and business information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, comply with tax, accounting, or legal obligations, and maintain legitimate business records. Financial transaction and fulfillment records are retained for seven (7) years to comply with IRS and audit requirements.
Once data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including SSL/TLS encryption during transmission, firewalls and intrusion detection systems, role-based access controls for internal personnel, and regular vulnerability scans and compliance audits. Data is stored on U.S.-based servers with data centers that meet SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR-equivalent security standards.
While we take reasonable steps to safeguard your data, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection from unauthorized access or cyberattacks. You are encouraged to maintain strong passwords and enable multi-factor authentication where available.
