 All customer and sales data belong to the creator. If OYB performs fulfillment, addresses are processed solely for fulfillment purposes and not retained, copied, or repurposed; they are deleted upon shipment completion (deletion logs available upon request).

Settlement & Cash Control

Payment Flow & Cash Control. Buyers pay you directly via channels you set. OYB cannot access your incoming funds and does not know your final retail prices. There is no platform payout cycle. You pay OYB the agreed cost only when you request shipment/replenishment. Settlement methods are flexible: on-site checkout, bank transfer, check, or offline—you choose.

Scope of Responsibility

OYB is responsible for agreed product quality (per your confirmed specs) and any fulfillment we undertake. We do not involve or assume responsibility for your independent sales policies (pricing, promotions, return windows beyond statutory obligations).

1 OYB’s Responsibilities

· Fulfillment & Quality: OYB guarantees product quality and timely delivery for approved products, using verified suppliers and QC checkpoints.

· Cost Integrity: Costs include production, packaging, logistics, inventory, and shipping. Stable by default; any change requires at least 15 days’ written notice.

· Brand Integrity: Each approved product ships with your brand on the packaging. Product-level branding is optional and can be arranged post-approval.

· Confidentiality: OYB does not disclose creator data, customer lists, or product details without consent.

· Platform Reliability: Continuous incubation, rotating catalogs, and fulfillment operations. Planned maintenance or updates are announced in advance.

2 Creator’s Responsibilities

· Autonomy: You independently manage marketing, pricing, and customer communication.

· Accurate Orders (U.S. Fulfillment Only): Provide valid order details (address and confirmation) for smooth fulfillment and settlement.

· Compliance: No counterfeit, harmful, or misleading claims; comply with all advertising and labeling laws.

· Settlement: Product costs are due only after verified sales, settled promptly upon shipment.

· Customer Returns: You define your own return policy. OYB does not interfere.

3 Returns & Quality

· OYB accepts returns only for verified manufacturing or quality defects, supported by evidence (photo, video, or QC report).

· For non-quality or fraudulent claims, OYB may decline the return.

· Creators determine their own customer-facing return and refund policies.

4 Ownership & Independence

· You retain 100% ownership of your brand, content, and data.

· OYB takes no equity and never interferes with your creative direction.

5 Liability & Limitation

· OYB’s responsibility is limited to production and fulfillment under agreed terms.

· OYB is not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, or disputes related to creator-managed operations.

6 Advanced Features & Compliance (Optional)

· Optional tools (AI co-founder, stablecoin settlements) vary by region and partner availability.

· Regulatory compliance (KYC/AML) may apply where required.

7 Termination

· Either party may terminate cooperation with 15 days’ written notice.

· All outstanding settlements will be completed based on verified transactions to date.

8 Governing Law

· This cooperation is governed by New York State law.

· Full dispute resolution terms are available in the registered Creator Agreement.

• This is 40–60% of your brand’s sales revenue. Costs are settled only after sales, ensuring a win-win growth.

• OYB is not a commission or MLM platform; we do not take operational control or charge joining fees.
