Shipping Policy
Effective Date: October 29, 2025
At OwnUrBloom, we’re committed to providing efficient, reliable, and transparent fulfillment services for our entrepreneurs and their customers. All products are manufactured, packaged, and shipped directly from our centralized U.S. fulfillment centers. All shipping costs are included in our pricing model—no hidden fees, no surprise charges.
This Shipping Policy governs all orders fulfilled through OwnUrBloom within the United States and forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Shipping Overview
Carriers. We partner with trusted third-party carriers, including UPS, USPS, and FedEx, to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Coverage. We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories. If your customer’s address falls outside our standard service area, please contact hello@ownurbloom.com before placing the order.
Fulfillment Role. OwnUrBloom provides order fulfillment on behalf of the entrepreneur (you). You are the seller of record and are responsible for customer communication, while OwnUrBloom manages the physical production and shipment of goods.
2. Processing & Delivery Time
Production & Handling. Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 business days after confirmation and successful payment.
Carrier Scanning. After shipment, it may take 1–3 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
Delivery Window. Typical delivery times range from 3–4 business days after carrier pickup. Overall, most orders are delivered within 9–12 business days from purchase.
Peak Season Notice. During holidays, sales events, or peak demand periods, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for processing and delivery.
Tracking. Each order receives a tracking number once shipped. Tracking links are sent via email and can be monitored through the carrier’s website.
3. Shipping Costs
All-Inclusive Pricing. All U.S. shipping, handling, packaging, and last-mile delivery costs are included in the total fulfillment fee paid by the entrepreneur.
No Hidden Fees. We do not add residential surcharges, rural delivery fees, or additional handling costs beyond the agreed fulfillment rate.
International Shipments. At this time, OwnUrBloom does not provide international shipping or cross-border logistics support.
4. Shipping Requirements & Restrictions
Address Accuracy. A valid U.S. street address is required for all shipments. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, freight forwarders, or virtual mailboxes. You (the entrepreneur) are responsible for ensuring that your customer provides a correct, deliverable address. OwnUrBloom is not liable for misdeliveries, delays, or lost packages due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided at checkout.
Rejected or Undeliverable Packages. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, the entrepreneur is responsible for any reshipment fees or associated costs.
5. Risk of Loss, Damage & Liability Disclaimer
Transfer of Risk. All products are shipped FOB Origin (Free on Board), meaning title and risk of loss transfer to the entrepreneur and/or their customer once the shipment is accepted by the carrier. After this point, OwnUrBloom is not responsible for: shipping delays caused by carriers or third parties; lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit; incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by customers; weather delays, customs issues, strikes, or force majeure events; or misuse or mishandling of packages after delivery.
Carrier Liability. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, claims must be filed directly with the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) by the entrepreneur or the customer. OwnUrBloom will provide necessary shipment documentation upon request to assist in filing claims but does not assume financial responsibility for losses caused by third-party carriers.
Force Majeure. OwnUrBloom shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, or governmental restrictions.
6. Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
If your customer’s order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe: verify tracking information through the carrier’s website; confirm the shipping address accuracy with your customer; and contact our support team at hello@ownurbloom.com with the order number and tracking details. We will investigate fulfillment and carrier records to determine shipment status. If the issue is confirmed to have occurred prior to carrier handoff, OwnUrBloom will, at its discretion, issue a replacement order.
OwnUrBloom is not responsible for shipments delayed, lost, or damaged after carrier pickup.
7. Sustainability Commitment
We prioritize eco-friendly packaging and partner with carbon-neutral logistics providers whenever possible. Our goal is to help emerging brands build sustainable fulfillment practices that reflect conscious growth.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OwnUrBloom, Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from: carrier errors or transit delays; lost or stolen packages; customer address errors; force majeure events; or acts outside of OwnUrBloom’s direct control. OwnUrBloom’s total liability for any claim related to shipping shall not exceed the fulfillment fee paid for that specific order.
